What does Proof actually do today?+
Everything our own roster runs on: PIN-protected client galleries with full-resolution downloads, one calendar for studio and on-location bookings, a client self-booking page tied to your live availability, session tracking from shoot to delivery, and monthly earnings statements. Video hosting is rolling out through early access.
How does the founding price work?+
The first 100 photographers who join from this list get the full Pro plan at $20 a month, locked for as long as their subscription stays active — even after public pricing changes. Once the founding spots are gone, they're gone.
What are the storage rules, exactly?+
Free holds 3 active galleries and 5GB of originals; Pro holds unlimited galleries and 500GB. Uploads are image files today (JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC) at full resolution — RAW and video are in development. Galleries never expire or auto-delete, and if you're near a limit we'll talk before anything stops working.
What happens to my galleries if I cancel?+
You can export any gallery as a full-resolution zip at any time, on every plan. Cancel Pro and your account drops to the free plan — nothing disappears. Leave entirely and your galleries stay downloadable for 30 days first. Your work is never held hostage; it's in the terms.

Yes — 3 active galleries and 5GB of originals, no card required, no time limit. It exists so you can put a real client through Proof before you pay us anything.
What isn't built yet?+
We're honest about the gaps: no contracts or e-signatures, no invoicing beyond earnings tracking, no print store, and no RAW or video files yet. If those run your business today, Proof isn't your whole toolkit this month — but they're on the roadmap, and founding members shape the order.
